Vista Yoga, a new yoga studio, owned by Marty & Marti Yura, hosted FOCUS for a special event on Sunday, January 24. FOCUS is a local nonprofit that offers support, information and programs for children with disabilities and their families. FOCUS kicked off a new monthly program "FOCUS on Fitness" at Vista Yoga that will encourage children with disabilities and their families to participate in activities that promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Twelve families braved the stormy weather and enjoyed an introductory and adapted yoga session in the beautiful new yoga studio. Children and teens with various disabilities participated.
